Mumbai – Avinash Ananda honours his father’s memory by celebrating his birthday every year as Preetam’s Music Day .
This year he sponsored a fun event… a musical playful competition ( Antakshri) between senior citizens and underprivileged children in Thane , Mumbai .
The childrens were from Udaan Welfare Foundation an NGO dedicated to providing the education to the children from a lower social economic strata. The Elderly participants were from Veteran Citizens’ Forum , a club for seniors to express their talents and enjoy their years.
Avinash has gives special thanks to Dr Anil K Luniya for providing his venue at Saksham Community Centre and organising the event .
He also thanks his mother Smt. Manju Gulrajani ji whose blessings are his inspiration and Varsha PG, his sister who is an internationally renowned psychotherapist. Her energy is the driving force for such events.
Avinash Ananda, who has been awarded as the World’s No1. Leadership and Happiness Guru at the UK Parliament, says, “ Indian culture and family values, like respect for parents, must be upheld and taught to the world as India is the VishwaGuru ( Teacher to the World). Memories and moments must be celebrated by families by also contributing to the community and serving society in whichever way we can.”
