Mumbai… January 18, 2025…CREDAI-MCHI proudly inaugurated the 32nd Property and Home Finance Expo, “Mall of Homes,” at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai witnessing a remarkable footfall of over 14000 people. The grand opening, marked by a ribbon-cutting and lamp-lighting ceremony by Mr. Bhushan Gagrani (IAS) Municipal Commissioner (BMC) Mumbai and Mr. Vivek Phansalkar [I.P.S.], Mumbai Police Commissioner alongside esteemed dignitaries, set the stage for this transformative three-day event.
The inaugural session included a welcome address by the Convenor and President of CREDAI-MCHI, who highlighted the expo’s ambitious theme, “Book Your Home in 10 Minutes,” aiming to simplify and revolutionize the home-buying experience.
Delivering the keynote address, Bhushan Gagrani IAS, Municipal Commissioner (BMC) Mumbai said, “Investment in infrastructure is critical, but its impact hinges on the response from the private sector.
