Shraddha’s love for the culinary arts began from last so many years, as she found solace and expression in cooking. Initially inspired by celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor, she explored various cuisines before realizing that her true passion lay not in mainstream culinary arts, but in confectionery and pastry craftsmanship. Her dedication led her to The Taj Hotel, where she trained for some period, honing her skills in professional baking and refining her
expertise in crafting exquisite desserts.Determined to master the art of chocolate-making, Shraddha pursued a Diploma in Professional Baking, Pastry, and Entrepreneurship from the School for European Pastry and Culinary Arts in Mumbai. She also attended multiple international workshops, working alongside renowned chefs including Anil Rohira, Corp. Pastry Chef @felchlinswitzerland to perfect her skills. Her pursuit of knowledge and excellence eventually led her to create Nolita Cacao—a name inspired by her research on Italian confectionery traditions, albeit unwillingly at first.
Founded in 2024, Nolita Cacao is more than just a chocolate brand—it is an experience of indulgence and refinement. Shraddha envisions Nolita as India’s premier luxury chocolaterie, offering preservative-free, ethically sourced, handcrafted chocolates that cater to both individual connoisseurs and large-scale collaborations.
The brand specializes in artisanal chocolate bars, bonbons, gourmet truffles liquor balls, and premium chocolate bretons. Some of its best-selling products include vegan and gluten-free chocolates, hand-painted pralines, and bespoke gifting hampers that have become a favorite in celebrity weddings, luxury brand collaborations, and B2B corporate gifting.
