New Delhi, December 24, 2024:
SNEH International School celebrated its 17th Annual Day with the theme “Journey Through the Ages,” showcasing a mesmerizing blend of talent, creativity, and cultural heritage.
The evening commenced with the welcome of dignitaries, including Special Guest Hon’ble Member of Parliament Mr. Harsh Malhotra, Chief Guest Mr. R.N. Sharma, IAS and Guests of Honour Ms. Aditi Govitrikar, renowned actress and physician, and Ms. Laveena Raj, News Anchor at News18 India. The traditional lighting of the lamp by Chairman Dr. Subhash Chander Dhingra and other guests marked the event’s formal inauguration.
A series of captivating performances followed, beginning with “Buzzing Like Bees,” a unique blend of basketball, skating, and wing dance, and “X-Mas Melodies,” which brought the festive spirit alive. The audience was enthralled by the fusion of classical Indian dances in “Indian Ballerina” and the ancient art of Malkhamb.
The Annual Report presented by Principal Ms. Komal highlighted the school’s achievements. Scholarships and certificates were awarded to meritorious students by the Daulat Ram Educational Society, and the school’s annual magazine, Spectrum 2024, was unveiled.
Performances like “Nation’s Canvas” celebrated India’s symbols, while “Down Memory Lane” took the audience through musical hits from the 1960s to the 1980s. Students showcased global dances in “Dances Around the World,” and the thought-provoking dance drama “Samay-Yaan” explored the concept of time.
The event concluded with a grand laser show depicting Lord Rama’s story and sacred melodies, followed by a vote of thanks from Director Manager Mrs. Kamlesh Jacob. The Annual Day was a splendid celebration of excellence and creativity.
