New Delhi, 20th March 2025 – The Women of Substance Award & Summit 2025 organized by Hypedge Network India celebrated the power, resilience, and achievements of women across the country on the occasion of International Women’s Day. Held at the prestigious Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Delhi, the event was graced by distinguished guests, including the Chief Guest Kamaljeet Sehrawat, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, the Celebrity Guest Vaishnavi Macdonald, and the Guest of Honour Nighat Abbass, National Spokesperson for Congress, Lawyer, and Social Activist.
The summit provided a platform for discussions on empowerment, unity, and the need for women to support each other in their journey toward success. The panel discussion titled “Empowerment Through Collaboration: The Strength of Women Supporting Women” featured inspiring leaders such as Rekha Bhat Kotemane, Musician and Entrepreneur; Ms. Kiran Punjabi, Human Resources Professional; Dr. Kawal Deep Kour, Narcotics Researcher and Prevention Professional; Indoo Agarwaal, Founder and Director of NUMBERWON; and Prof. Rani Devi, Assistant Professor at Chaudhary Devi Lal University. Their insightful discussions sparked meaningful dialogue around gender equality, professional development, and creating safe spaces for women to thrive.
Gaurav Gautam, CEO of Hypedge Network India, welcomed and thanked all the attendees, participants, and speakers for their invaluable contributions to the event. He expressed his deep appreciation for the continuous efforts of women who are breaking barriers and making a difference in their communities, fields, and across the globe.
In a heartwarming ceremony, the Chief Guest, Kamaljeet Sehrawat, commended the awardees and applauded the relentless efforts of women across India. Vaishnavi Macdonald, the Celebrity Guest, echoed similar sentiments, sharing her personal experiences of overcoming challenges and empowering others. Nighat Abbass encouraged the attendees to keep striving for excellence and to continue advocating for equality and justice, particularly for women.
