In this context, it can be stated that population is increasing day by day throughout the globe but mostly in developing countries. Population increase or explosion has immense effect on human lives, nature and its creations, and environment. As human population increases, human beings need to compete with the limited available resources for maintaining minimum basic requirements like food, shelter, housing, and other basic needs. Hence, there will be increasing struggle for existence and it will increase the incidence of poverty, unemployment, rising birth rate, and change in mortality rates due illness and disease, there will be increase in food crisis, fall in quality of living and there will be less human development and welfare. Besides, there will be environmental degradation, atmospheric pollution and ecological imbalance which directly or indirectly effect global temperature, climate, weather, and it may ultimately leads to natural disaster, etc which can again effect human lives and welfare.
