Mental wellness is increasingly becoming part of the broader conversation around technology, productivity and quality of life. Yet for many people, there remains a gap between recognising that they are struggling emotionally and taking the first step toward professional support. MYNDFE, founded by Aman Meghwal, is being developed to address this gap through an AI-powered mental wellness platform that combines conversational support, personalised wellness tools and access to mental-health professionals.
Building a More Accessible First Step Toward Mental Wellness
Stress, loneliness, anxiety, overthinking, emotional exhaustion and pressure related to academics, careers and relationships can affect people long before they decide to seek professional help. Cost, stigma, uncertainty around therapy and difficulty finding an appropriate professional can further increase that friction. MYNDFE‘s core thesis is that the first step toward better mental wellbeing should be easier, more accessible and less intimidating.
The platform is being designed around a simple journey: talk, understand, reflect, build healthier patterns and connect with professional support when appropriate. Rather than positioning itself as another general-purpose chatbot, MYNDFE is developing a specialised mental-wellness experience around AI, personalisation, wellness tracking and professional-care navigation.
An AI Companion Designed for Everyday Emotional Wellbeing
At the centre of the platform is an AI companion intended to give users an always-available space to discuss thoughts, emotions, stress and everyday struggles. It is designed to support reflection, help users organise their thoughts, identify patterns and develop healthier routines.
Importantly, MYNDFE does not position its AI as a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or therapist. The company’s approach is based on the idea that artificial intelligence can improve accessibility and continuity while human professionals remain essential for clinical expertise, judgement and deeper therapeutic care.
Alongside the AI companion, MYNDFE is developing wellness features including mood tracking, journaling, emotional awareness, personalised insights, wellness routines, progress tracking and self-reflection. Together, these tools are intended to make mental wellness an ongoing process rather than something addressed only during moments of crisis.
Connecting Technology With Human Professionals
A significant part of MYNDFE‘s proposed ecosystem is its therapist connectivity layer. The platform aims to help users discover suitable mental-health professionals and book consultations through its network.
This creates a model in which AI can serve as an accessible entry point while users can move toward professional support when their needs go beyond what an AI companion should provide. The broader objective is continuity between everyday wellness support and human care.
Founder Aman Meghwal’s Technology-First Approach
Founder Aman Meghwal brings an engineering and technology background to the venture. An engineering graduate from MNIT Jaipur, Aman has interests spanning artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, psychology and human behaviour. Before MYNDFE, he worked on AI, automation and data-related projects, including automation systems built using tools such as n8n and AI APIs for Indian and international clients.

His interest in MYNDFE stems from observing the distance between experiencing emotional difficulties and actually seeking professional help. His philosophy is that AI should make mental-health support more accessible—not make human professionals irrelevant.
From Gurugram to a Larger Mental Wellness Vision
MYNDFE is establishing its presence in Gurugram, Haryana, a city closely connected with India’s technology, startup and enterprise ecosystem. The company also highlights its relationship with the Indian Startup School ecosystem, where Aman has spent time working with and receiving mentorship from its founding team.
Currently, MYNDFE remains in the product development and early-validation stage. Its immediate priorities include completing the core product, acquiring early users, building its initial network of qualified professionals, validating the AI companion experience and developing partnerships. The company says it is focused on real user behaviour and retention rather than simply pursuing download numbers.
A Long-Term Vision Beyond an AI Chatbot
The ambition extends considerably beyond a standalone conversational tool. MYNDFE’s long-term roadmap envisions an evolution from an AI companion to a personal wellness platform, therapist marketplace, corporate and university wellness offering, healthcare partnerships and eventually a global mental-health ecosystem.
As AI continues to influence digital health, the more meaningful opportunity may lie not in replacing professionals, but in helping more people take the first step toward appropriate support. MYNDFE is building around that premise—creating a technology layer designed to make emotional wellbeing more accessible while maintaining a pathway to human expertise.
