After a rewarding career with major corporations, Shubham chose a path that spoke to his inner values. He left the corporate world to start a venture that would make a real difference in people’s lives. The result was the creation of MediCare Diagnostic Centre & Goyal Healthcare, which has since transformed access to healthcare in the region.
Goyal Healthcare, established in 2000, remains dedicated to providing quality medical care at reasonable prices. The clinic’s active engagement with the community through social media reflects its ongoing commitment to keeping healthcare accessible and affordable.
This healthcare initiative was a game-changer for the local community, providing access to Path lab, Digital X-ray, and USG services to over 50,000 people. Before this, residents faced the challenge of traveling up to 50 kilometres for medical care. Shubham’s efforts have significantly reduced the hardship for many, particularly in urgent situations and for pregnant women, by bringing these vital services closer to home.
Shubham’s leadership is marked by his collaborative spirit, innovative thinking, and strong people skills. His work has earned him several awards, including the prestigious “Rising Leaders Awards-2024” from Success India Magazine, recognizing his forward-thinking approach to healthcare.
Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavours, Shubham is deeply invested in community service. He dedicates time to volunteer work with the Lead Foundation, Vidhya Bharti, and Art of Living Organization.
