V-Guard Transforms Lives Across 11 Indian States with Rs7.13 Crore CSR Investment in FY 2025-26

Reaching nearly 78,000 beneficiaries through 56 targeted initiatives in education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability

India, June 9, 2026: V-Guard Industries Ltd. has significantly strengthened its commitment to inclusive and sustainable development across India, successfully implementing 56 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects during the financial year 2025-26. With a total investment of ₹7.13 crore, the company’s initiatives have positively impacted nearly 78,000 beneficiaries across 11 states, including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Odisha, Gujarat, West Bengal, and Haryana.

Focusing on critical areas such as grassroots education, healthcare accessibility, environmental sustainability, women’s empowerment, and community infrastructure, V-Guard’s FY 2025-26 CSR portfolio reflects a holistic approach to nation-building.

The major highlight of the year was the expansion of programs designed to uplift youth and intellectually challenged children.

Skill development projects like Navdarshan and Tarang this year were conducted across multiple states:

●     Navadarshan supported over 3,000 intellectually challenged children across Odisha, Telangana, and Karnataka through therapeutic care, vocational training and infrastructure upgrades in 30 special schools.

● The Tarang skill development programme trained more than 700 youth across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, enhancing employability in electrical and electromechanical trades.

V-Guard also strengthened the education infrastructure across states:

●     Supported 23 government schools in different states from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Odisha, West Bengal, and Sikkim by improving classrooms, basic infrastructure, sanitation and digital learning for over 9,700 students.

●   Enabled classroom construction its sanitation facilities, and digital learning tools in schools across Tamil Nadu and Uttarakhand, improving access to safe and conducive learning environments.

In healthcare, V-Guard implemented impactful programmes to improve accessibility and infrastructure:

●     Launched Edam, a free counselling centre for women in Kochi and Alappuzha for mental health awareness and early intervention.

●     Implemented Swastha, providing 1,000 free dialysis sessions for underprivileged patients.

●     Conducted multi-speciality medical camps in Uttarakhand, benefiting over 1,700 individuals and strengthening rural healthcare access.

● Strengthened government healthcare institutions across Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Kerala, and Telangana by providing critical medical equipment and infrastructure support.

Under Build India initiatives, V-Guard focused on environmental sustainability and community infrastructure:

●     Improved access to clean drinking water through water tank installations and pond rejuvenation projects in Tamil Nadu benefiting around 6,000 people.

●     Installed solar streetlights in Uttarakhand to enhance safety and energy sustainability in rural areas.

●      Undertook river restoration work in Kerala and supported green infrastructure and environmental initiatives across multiple regions.

Driving women empowerment and community development through focused initiatives:

●     Nari Shakthi has empowered more than 120 women in Kerala with vocational training and livelihood support.

● Conducted mobile healthcare services in Haryana, benefiting over 16,000 individuals through camps and awareness sessions.

Encouraging employee engagement and environmental stewardship with the V-Serve initiative across states:

  • V-Guard’s culture of giving back was further amplified by its V-Serve employee volunteering initiative. Around 220 employees contributed over 1,186 hours to community engagement activities, including tree plantation drives, beach cleaning, mangrove restoration, and palliative care volunteering across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Odisha, and West Bengal.
